What we’re looking for:
- Certifications: Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- Blue Card: Valid Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Knowledge & Experience: Strong understanding of early childhood development and care practices
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented spirit
- Commitment to Excellence: Reliable and dedicated to making a positive impact
