Ethos BeathChapman is partnering with a leading Australian university to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver two strategic digital transformation initiatives that will enhance both the student and staff digital experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a delivery-focused Project Manager who enjoys working in complex digital environments, balancing multiple priorities and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer outcomes.
Working within a large transformation program, you'll partner with business and technical stakeholders to drive delivery, improve digital capability and help establish sustainable ways of working that transition successfully into BAU.
You will lead two interconnected digital projects within the University's student ecosystem:
- A student-facing digital experience, including the website, student portal and mobile application.
- A staff-facing initiative focused on improving the tools, knowledge and content management capabilities used by teams supporting the student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple digital transformation projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and governance.
- Build strong relationships with business, technical and executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Work closely with Product Managers,
Business Analysts, Change Managers and delivery teams.
- Support requirements definition and solution validation.
- Manage competing priorities across concurrent workstreams.
- Ensure successful transition of new products and capabilities into BAU.
- Drive delivery outcomes while maintaining a robust customer and user experience focus.
Key skills and experience required:

- An understanding of digital product delivery and customer experience principles.
Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
- Higher Education
- Student systems upgrade or implementation experience
- Customer-facing digital platforms
- Implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms
- Knowledge Management
- Digital product environments
