The Role
Based at a busy Gold Coast site on the afternoon shift, you'll lead a multi-line production floor, keeping things moving smoothly and efficiently while pitching in yourself and training your team as you go.

What You'll Be Doing

- Overseeing the manufacturing and warehouse teams, leading by example
- Actively contributing to production across all areas, not just directing it
- Setting priorities and using your own initiative to keep things on track




- Troubleshooting machinery issues, and liaising with technical support when a fix is beyond your reach
- Training and supporting staff
- Supporting your team through busy, high-pressure periods

About You

- Robust initiative — you set priorities, you don't wait for them
- Mechanically minded and confident troubleshooting equipment
- Calm and effective under pressure
- Hands-on by nature — happy to do the work, not just oversee it
- Experience in manufacturing, apparel, or textiles is desirable but not essential
