Disability Support Worker / Enrolled Nurse (Paediatric Complex Care)

Location: Wollongong, NSW

Work Type: Casual / Ongoing Shifts/ Regular Shift Patterns

Pay Rate: $41-45/hour

The Role: Disability Support Worker / Enrolled Nurse

- Tracheostomy Management, Care and Suctioning
- Ventilation Management (Invasive)
- Enteral Feeding via PEG
- Medication Administration
- Support communication, play and engagement appropriate to a young client
- Manual Handling
- Provide full personal care and daily living support within a 24/7 care team
- Light Domestic Duties





What You'll Bring

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher) or Enrolled Nurse qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in disability or complex care
- Current manual handling and medication administration certification
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Paediatric Experience (Desirable)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
- Right to work in Australia
- Previous Tracheostomy Experience (Desirable)
- NSW Drivers Licence (Desirable)
