We're building a thriving specialist permanent recruitment business across contingent and retained recruitment, and we're looking for someone who wants to play a key role in shaping our next chapter.

About the Role

As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building robust client relationships, sourcing top talent and making successful placements across your specialist vertical or territory.

You'll become a trusted expert for both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service while developing new business and driving revenue.

What You'll Do

* Develop new business and generate job orders

* Build and maintain solid client relationships

* Source, assess and manage high quality candidates

* Present your most placeable candidates to employers

* Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through to placement





* Develop your own network and market expertise within your chosen vertical

* Collaborate with your team and contribute to a culture of excellence

What You Bring

* 1+ year of B2B sales experience or 3+ years of B2C sales experience

* Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential

* Strong communication and relationship building skills

* A results driven mindset and strong sense of urgency

* Commercially minded with a genuine appetite for business development

* A passion for recruitment and helping people succeed

* The ambition and entrepreneurial mindset to build and grow your own desk

Remuneration

$55,000 - $75,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus commission.
