About the opportunity
Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, the Head of Supply Chain will lead the global supply chain function across integrated business planning, demand and supply planning, inventory and global logistics.
This is a highly visible leadership position with a mandate to strengthen the organisation's planning capability as it enters an significant phase of product and international growth. You will assess the existing operating model, team structure, systems and processes and establish the capability required to support increasing scale and complexity.
Working closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Commercial and regional teams, you will connect commercial demand with manufacturing capacity and supply. You will bring greater visibility to inventory, risk and future requirements and become a trusted source of supply chain insight across the organisation.

Skills and Experience

- Senior end-to-end supply chain leadership experience within medical device, pharmaceutical or another highly regulated manufacturing environment
- Deep capability across integrated business planning, demand and supply planning, production planning, materials planning and inventory management
- Proven experience driving supply chain transformation, including enterprise resource planning, planning systems, technology, data and process improvement
- Strong people leadership and influencing capability, with experience partnering across Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Quality and Commercial functions
