PERSOL is proud to be partnering with Fuchs Lubricants Australia, a global leader in lubricant solutions, to recruit a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist for their Mining & Industrial business, based in Perth.

This is a excellent opportunity to join a well-established global organisation and become part of a supportive and experienced team servicing customers across Western Australia's Mining and Industrial sectors.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, outcome-focused and customer-driven - someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems and is willing to lean in to achieve the right outcome for the customer.

You don't need to be a technical expert or have previous experience in lubricants. The technical and product knowledge can be taught. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively with customers and an established team.

About the Role

As a key point of contact for customers, you will work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure customers receive a high level of service and their orders are managed effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing customer enquiries, orders and requests from start to finish.
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Taking ownership of customer issues and proactively finding solutions.
- Providing information on pricing, product availability and delivery times.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
- Tracking deliveries and proactively communicating any delays or changes.
- Supporting the Sales Team with customer and account management.
- Assisting with complaints,



freight issues and general customer queries.
- Maintaining accurate customer and order information.
- Working collaboratively with an established team to deliver positive customer outcomes.

About You

We're less concerned about whether you know the technical details on day one and more interested in how you approach customers, problems and your work.

You will ideally be:

Experience

Previous Customer Service, Sales Support or Administration experience is desirable.

Experience with an ERP system, particularly SAP, would be advantageous but is not essential.

Experience within the Mining, Industrial, Automotive or OEM sectors would be beneficial, however, industry and technical knowledge can be taught to the right person.
