An established and high regarded Australian brand is looking for a Finance Manager who can step up as a true strategic partner to the leadership team, not just keep the books tidy.

This is a role that's grown beyond what one person can do, and they need someone who can scale the function while maintaining rigour and driving real commercial outcomes.

If you're a financially sharp operator who enjoys being close to operational reality and can speak both numbers and business outcomes, you'll find yourself embedded in a team that values your input and moves at pace.

What you'll be doing:

- Manage day-to-day financial operations, reporting and compliance across multiple sites
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial close, variance analysis and management reporting
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, cash flow projections and working capital plans
- Partner with operations on cost control, productivity metrics and investment ROI analysis
- Oversee accounting function and ensure financial systems and controls are fit for purpose
- Prepare board and executive reporting that drives strategic and operational decisions
- Play a key role in M&A; and capital investment evaluation





What we're looking for:

- 5+ years in finance management with experience in manufacturing, operations or similar production-focused environments
- Netsuite highly valued
- Power BI
- Solid technical accounting knowledge, comfortable with systems implementation and process improvement
- Solid track record managing and scaling finance teams
- Commercial mindset – you translate financial data into business insights and recommendations
- Excel proficiency and experience with modern accounting systems (Xero, SAP or similar)
- Confident communicator who can present to senior stakeholders and non-finance audiences
