Our client is a highly regarded Melbourne-based organisation with a strong reputation, exceptional leadership team and a collaborative, high-performing culture. Starting ASAP, they are seeking an experienced Analyst to join the business on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for the role to be extended.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role will include (but not be limited to):
- Developing financial models, business cases and analysis to support strategic decision-making;
- Providing commercial insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team;
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to design and embed improved reporting and performance frameworks;
- Driving improvements to reporting, KPIs, planning and performance frameworks through ERPs and BI tools;
- Supporting the quarterly OKR and transformation reporting cycle;
- Identifying opportunities to leverage AI across Finance reporting, planning and analysis;
- Supporting capital allocation,
investment analysis and long-range planning; and
- Driving process and reporting improvements across the Finance function.
You will ideally bring 5+ years experience across FP&A;, strategy, corporate finance, transactions or transformation, with robust financial modelling, analytical and commercial capabilities. Experience in Big-4, retail or a multi-site environment will be highly regarded, alongisde expertise with Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBi. You will possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and work confidently with senior leaders.
