- A qualification in Early Childhood Education (Cert III, Diploma, Bachelor of Early Childhood, or an ACECQA approved equivalent).
- A WWCC (NSW) number.
- NESA teacher accreditation (ECT Only).
- Two qualified referees (industry‑specific).
- GECCKO child safety registration.
