Eastern Medical Centre, supported by the South East Melbourne Primary Health Network, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will work with our Practice Nurse Coordinator and EN to assist doctors in infection control, health assessments, immunisations and chronic disease management, while maintaining patient records and safety.
