Job Description

Dentons Australia seeks a senior risk, compliance and governance lawyer to move in-house into the General Counsel and Risk Department. The role reports to the GC & Company Secretary and will act as 2IC, advising on contractual risk, regulatory issues and governance across the firm.

You'll oversee responses to claims, work with insurers, review client terms, and provide practical guidance on qualified obligations while supporting governance matters.
