Job Description

Xestro Pty Ltd on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced QA Lead to own quality assurance for their healthcare SaaS platform. You will lead a team of QA Analysts, define testing strategy, and drive automation and release readiness decisions in collaboration with Engineering and Product.

The role blends leadership with hands‐on testing work, expanding Playwright automation, improving CI/CD practices, and exploring AI‐assisted QA while maintaining governance and risk oversight.
