We'relooking for a technically strong, commercially minded Financial Accountant to join the Everything is Awesome (EIA) finance leadership team.

Operating at the centre of a dynamic investment group and professional services environment, this role supports BlueRock, AFSL-regulated entities, and a diverse portfolio of operating businesses. Reporting to the CEO,you'llbe accountable for group financial control, statutory reporting, audit, governance, and board-level financial reporting. Ensuring decision-makers have clear,accurate, andtimelyinsight.

Group reporting & technical accounting

n

n
- Lead preparation and review ofGeneral PurposeFinancial Statements (GPFS)for multipleconsolidatedgroups
n
- Own consolidations, eliminations, and complex accounting treatments
n
- Maintain accounting policies and audit-ready documentation
n

n

Audit, governance & regulatory oversight

n

n
- Manage external audits end-to-end
n
- Support AFSL-related financial governance and reporting
n
- Liaise with auditors, compliance, and legal advisors
n

n

Leadership & culture

n

n
- Lead and mentor finance team membersand external advisors
n
- Contribute to a high-performance, values-led culture
n
- Strong audit and GPFS experience
n
- Experience managing multi-entity consolidationsis essential
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
n
- Professional approach and explicit communication
