We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician / Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Help Desk team in Eastern Creek.

n

The Role

n

Working within the Technical Help Desk, you'll provide expert technical advice and remote support across a range of branded products to plumbers, gas fitters, refrigeration and HVAC trades, installers and consumers. You'll become a trusted technical resource, helping customers diagnose issues, understand product operation and access the right service and maintenance information.

n

You'll also work closely with internal teams including Engineering, Distribution, Service and Sales, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely technical support.

n

Your Responsibilities Will Include

n

- Providing technical advice and remote troubleshooting support
n
- Supporting refrigeration products and related ducted reverse-cycle heating and cooling systems
n
- Assisting customers with product operation, diagnostics, maintenance and service enquiries
n
- Interpreting technical information and providing practical solutions
n




- Developing and communicating clear diagnostic and service guidance
n
- Working collaboratively with internal technical and operational teams
n
- Delivering a professional and customer-focused support experience
n

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone with strong hands-on refrigeration experience who is ready to apply their knowledge in a technical support workplace.

You'll Ideally Have

n

- Trade qualifications in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
n
- Solid installation and servicing experience across HVAC systems and related equipment
n
- Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
n
- Good general computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Confident and professional telephone manner
n
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
n
- The ability to explain technical information clearly to people with different levels of technical knowledge
