Area Manager | COACH | NSW

At Tapestry, we empower our people to bring their best ideas to life across Coach . We're seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of retail and outlet stores, driving commercial success, exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and people development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers to deliver sales, profitability and operational outcomes.
- Drive regional sales performance through data-led decision making and execution of business strategies.
- Partner with Store Managers to create and implement store-specific business plans.
- Ensure consistent delivery of customer experience, visual merchandising and brand standards.
- Monitor KPIs including sales, productivity, labour, customer service, inventory and profitability.
- Lead recruitment, talent development, succession planning and performance management across the region.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety, stock management and loss prevention standards.
- Create, monitor, and manage budgets for each store, ensuring targets are met and expenses are measured/ controlled.
- Collaborate with Retail Leadership and Support Office teams to achieve business objectives.

About You





- Proven multi-site retail leadership experience with a strong track record of driving sales and operational results.
- Experience in managing various retail channels e.g Outlet, speciality stores and concession
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptable, organised and able to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
