Agrifutures is seeking a Regional Manager / Operations Manager for a growing Australian-owned cleaning services business. You will lead an allocated portfolio of cleaning sites, drive operational excellence, and manage a large workforce across multiple locations.
You will report to the Head of Cleaning and be responsible for budgets, WHS, risk and contract performance, while pursuing business growth initiatives and ensuring high client satisfaction.
