Open seven days a week, we seat up to 150 guests per seatings and boast an impressive 500-label wine list alongside a refined cocktail offering. As part of a growing group of acclaimed venues, Armorica is quickly becoming one of Sydney’s must-visit dining destinations.
We are currently seeking experienced Section Waiters to join our passionate and close-knit front-of-house team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing hospitality group that prides itself on quality, service, and unforgettable guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in fast-paced, premium dining
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
Professional presentation and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Solid multitasking
Fluent English and full Australian working rights
Current RSA certification
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage guests with warmth and professionalism
Present menus and share detailed knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and potential allergens
Set up tables with linens, silverware, and glassware
Inform guests of daily specials and offer thoughtful recommendations
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS or memorisation
Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
Deliver food and drinks promptly and with finesse
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining area and table settings
Handle bill payments and clear tables efficiently
Participate in pre-service briefings and stay updated on menu changes and special events
Uphold health and safety standards at all times
Strive to deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience
