Responsibilities

n

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales staff to ensure smooth store operations.
n
- Maintain stock levels, order inventory, and manage deliveries.
n
- Ensure the store and petrol station comply with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
n
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
n
- Recruit, train and support staff in sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
n
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and assist in achieving business targets.
n
- Assign duties to staff as per the work schedules.
n
- Open and close the store,



handle cash registers, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
n
- Implement merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities in line with company policies.
n
- Oversee fuel operations, including safety checks and compliance with environmental regulations.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a retail supervisory or management role (petrol or grocery experience preferred).
n
- Relevant qualification in Business, Management, or Retail (desirable but not essential).
n
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
n
- Ability to manage a small team in a fast‐paced environment.
n
- Excellent customer service and organisational abilities.
n
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
