Our client is a growing equipment hire business servicing customers across the construction, industrial and events sectors. With a strong reputation for service and a supportive team environment, they are seeking an experienced and reliable MR Driver to join their operation in Kembla Grange.
Your new role
This is far more than a driving job. You'll be responsible for delivering and collecting hire equipment while also assisting with yard and site duties as required.Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving MR trucks to customer sites across the Illawarra and surrounding regions
- Delivering and collecting portable buildings, containers and site equipment
- Loading, securing and unloading equipment safely
- Assisting with temporary fencing installations and removals
- General labouring and site-based duties
- Yard duties including equipment preparation, cleaning and loading trucks
- Working closely with a small team to ensure customers receive outstanding service

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Current MR Driver's Licence (essential)
- Experience driving manual trucks
- Forklift Licence (highly regarded)




- Tilt tray experience (highly regarded)
- Hiab or truck-mounted crane experience (advantageous)
- Solid awareness of workplace health and safety
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to assist wherever required
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work autonomously

Important Information
This is a physical role and applicants must be comfortable with:

- Loading and unloading equipment
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Site work and general labouring duties
- Getting in and out of the truck throughout the day
- Occasional portable toilet servicing and waste tank pump-outs
