What we're looking for:

- Previous experience as a Residential Leasing Consultant
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence




- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple inspections and applications
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
- Confidence using property management software such as PropertyMe, PropertyTree, Console Cloud or similar (highly regarded)
