What You’ll Be Doing:

- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Conducting open homes and managing leasing processes
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients




- Ensuring smooth transitions for new clients to the Property Management team

What We’re Looking For:
This role is perfect for an experienced Leasing Consultant ready to take on a new challenge and step into a growth-focused BDM role or an experienced Business Development Manager seeking an exciting new opportunity with a high-performing and supportive team! Whether you’re transitioning from leasing or refining your expertise as a BDM, we’re looking for someone who is:

- Polished, well-spoken, and a confident communicator
- Proactive with a passion for building relationships and driving results
- A team player with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
- Holds a Real Estate License or COR, with a driver’s license and a reliable car
