The Opportunity

We’re currently recruiting for multiple Blue Collar Talent Acquisition opportunities with established businesses across the mining and heavy industry sectors.

These are temporary to permanent opportunities suited to experienced Talent Acquisition professionals who are confident working in fast-paced, operational environments and managing high-volume workforce requirements.

Previous Talent Acquisition experience within mining or resources is strongly preferred, with broader heavy industry experience also highly regarded.
About the Roles

- Managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume blue collar and operational vacancies
- Proactively sourcing candidates and building strong talent pipelines
- Screening, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Partnering with hiring managers, operational leaders and site teams
- Coordinating onboarding, pre-employment requirements and mobilisation
- Managing multiple vacancies and competing recruitment priorities
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and candidate information
- Supporting workforce requirements across ongoing operations, projects and shutdowns

About You

- Previous experience in Blue Collar Talent Acquisition
- Experience within mining or resources strongly preferred
- Alternatively, experience within heavy industry, construction,



civil, engineering, manufacturing or maintenance
- Experience recruiting within operational or site-based environments
- Confidence managing high-volume or fast-moving recruitment requirements
- Strong candidate sourcing and talent pipeline capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience using recruitment systems, databases or ATS platforms
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach

Experience with site-based recruitment, mobilisation, shutdowns or mining compliance requirements will be highly regarded.
