About the Role:
Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality labels and packaging solutions. For over 50 years, the company has provided cutting-edge products and exceptional customer service to a diverse range of industries. We are seeking an experienced, organised and reliable Dispatch Stock Controller to join a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment in Berrinba.
This hands-on role will see you coordinating daily dispatch, booking freight, maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring customer orders are dispatched correctly and on time.

Duties

- Responsible for daily dispatch of orders around Australia, handling on average 300 to 500 jobs per month
- Book freight and prepare dispatch documentation
- Check, package and label outgoing goods
- Maintain accurate inventory and complete stock checks




- Investigate stock discrepancies
- Assist with stocktakes and warehouse operations
- Communicate with internal teams regarding deliveries and priorities
- Operate forklifts safely and maintain warehouse housekeeping

Skills and Experience

- Previous warehouse, dispatch or inventory control experience
- Current Forklift Licence – essential
- High level IT skills including sound experience with ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively in a busy environment
- Physically capable of warehouse duties
- Reliable own vehicle and licence, as the location is not easily accessible by public transport
- This role is NOT SUITABLE to candidates who do not have Permanent Residency.
