An established construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take the lead on a major upcoming project in Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong new-build background, who is confident managing complex projects, leading teams and driving delivery from commencement through to completion.

The Role

- Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a major construction project
- Lead and manage the project team, subcontractors and consultants
- Develop and maintain detailed project programs
- Manage budgets, timelines, quality and project risks
- Drive project delivery and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders




- Work between the project site and Brisbane-based office

About You

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
- Strong recent-build experience, ideally across retail or similar projects
- Excellent programming and project planning skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to take ownership of a major project and deliver successful outcomes
