Production / Packaging Operator

South-East Melbourne | Full-Time Permanent | Day Shift

We are currently seeking an experienced Production / Packaging Operator to join a growing team in Melbourne's South-East.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy production workplace and takes pride in quality and safety.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating production and packaging machinery

- Monitoring equipment and production processes

- Replenishing materials as required

- Assisting with product changeovers

- Conducting quality checks

- Performing basic troubleshooting and adjustments

- Keeping the work area clean and organised

- Following workplace health, safety and quality procedures

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in production, manufacturing or packaging





- Experience operating machinery

- Good mechanical aptitude

- Strong attention to detail

- A reliable and hardworking attitude

- A strong commitment to safety and quality

- The ability to work well as part of a team

A forklift licence and relevant manufacturing qualifications will be highly regarded.

Monday to Friday day shifts | Permanent full-time opportunity
