THE SHIFTS

You'll rotate between Day and Afternoon shifts each week, giving you variety while maintaining a consistent Monday–Friday roster.

☀️ WEEK 1 – DAY SHIFT

Monday – Friday
6:00am – 2:30pm

WEEK 2 – AFTERNOON SHIFT

Monday – Friday
2:15pm – 10:45pm

Then repeat!

Please note: Your starting shift will be determined by operational requirements.

WHAT'S THE JOB?

This is a hands-on production role where you'll be involved in operating equipment, assembling products and keeping production moving.





You'll work alongside an experienced team to make sure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your day-to-day will include:

Operating production and manufacturing machinery
Monitoring production processes and equipment
Assembling products and components
Completing quality checks and identifying defects
Working towards production and quality targets
Completing production records and documentation
Following SOPs and work instructions
Assisting across different production areas
Completing manual handling and repetitive tasks
Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
Following all workplace health and safety procedures

THIS IS A HANDS-ON ROLE

You'll need to be comfortable with:

- Standing for extended periods

- Repetitive production work

- Manual handling and occasional heavier lifting

- Working in a fast-paced environment

- Maintaining focus and attention to detail throughout your shift

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for people who are reliable, switched-on and ready to get stuck in.

You'll need:

✅ Previous manufacturing, production or factory experience
✅ Experience operating machinery or production equipment
✅ Strong safety awareness
✅ Good attention to detail
✅ Ability to work efficiently and consistently
✅ Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
✅ Reliable transport — essential due to limited public transport
