With the office based in the Melbourne CBD, it is very accessible by public transport! Office Hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between 8.45am - 8pm.

The Role:
We have multiple full-time customer service positions available. If successful,



you would be working within the customer service team as the first point of contact while working in a cooperative and exciting setting.

- Maintaining a positive customer experience throughout all interactions
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email channels
- Working with leadership to provide feedback and champion continuous improvement

To be successful in this process, you must pride yourself on having exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in working in contact centers is a definite bonus, but not a must!
