Property Network of Australia is seeking a Shopping Centre Manager to join a leading funds management business to oversee a sub-regional asset in Bridbane. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing retail property operations, including team leadership, financial administration, and stakeholder engagement.

As Shopping Centre Manager, you will oversee all aspects of centre management with teh support from an Operations Manager and Admin Manager and be responsibel for all facets of management including financial reporting and compliance. You will build strong relationships with retailers, optimise tenancy mix, and ensure the centre meets business plan objectives. The role requires proactive leadership, strategic planning, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across all departments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:





- Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with retailers and key stakeholders
- Oversee financial administration, reporting, and budget management
- Lead staff performance, development, and recruitment processes
- Implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales
- Ensure WHS compliance and manage risk assessment processes

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in retail property management as a centre manager or similar
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management systems
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills
- Experience in setting and managing budgets and financial reporting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
