The Role

- financial performance and reporting
n
- budgeting and forecasting for a portfolio of retail assets
n
- leasing and income analysis
n
- capex and investment analysis
n
- stakeholder partnering including asset managers, capital transactions, funds team and senior management in finance
n
- systems, data and process improvement
n
- manage a small team including Property Accountant and Property Administrators
n
n
The Person
n
n
- CA/CPA/CFA qualified or near completion of these qualifications
n
- Retail property accounting and analysis experience is essential
n
- excellent analytical skills, ability to build intuitive, agile and robust Excel models
n
- experience creating, validating, reviewing and analysis of large sets of data
n
n
