ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Store Manager to lead our Black Pepper team at Marion. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll play a key role in inspiring and developing a passionate team, while ensuring the store operates at its best. From managing stock and maintaining strong visual merchandising standards to creating a welcoming and engaging environment, you’ll help bring the Black Pepper brand to life and give customers a reason to return.

Please note this is a Full time position, working Monday–Friday and Tuesday–Saturday).

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Lead, coach and inspire your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Take ownership of day-to-day store operations, keeping everything running smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard
- Manage inventory end-to-end, from stock organisation and replenishment to minimising loss and maintaining accuracy
- Create and manage monthly rosters, balancing team coverage, customer needs and labour budgets
- Bring Black Pepper’s visual merchandising standards to life, ensuring the store is polished, inviting and on-brand




- Foster a high-performing team culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement

ABOUT YOU

- You’re genuinely passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and a warm, welcoming store environment
- You’re a confident leader who knows how to motivate, coach and inspire a team to bring out their best
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build positive relationships with customers, team members and stakeholders
- You’re highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, confidently balancing competing priorities and keeping things on track
- You have a keen eye for detail and a strong appreciation for visual merchandising, styling and creating an inviting store experience
- Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role is highly regarded
