A Central WA hospital requires a Specialist in Psychiatry from 07/09/2026 to 31/12/2026. You will have the opportunity to: • Contribute to the establishment and ongoing development of a contemporary Mental Health Inpatient Unit. • Influence mental health care across inpatient and community settings. • Lead quality improvement, clinical governance, and service innovation initiatives. • Supervise and mentor Registrars, Resident Medical Officers, and multidisciplinary team members. • Participate in research, service evaluation, and workforce development initiatives.
