Ideal Candidate

- 3+ years experience managing strata claims
- Complaints resolution experience
- Strong communication skills
- Calm under pressure, able to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based workplace

The Role

- Manage a portfolio of strata claims for both residential and commercial properties
- Act as 2IC for Team Leader
- Assess situations and handle complaints with professionalism
- Manage inbound calls and offer support to various stakeholders, including brokers, strata managers, internal technical teams,



assessors, and security providers
- Prepare formal responses, make decisions on claims, and process payments
