About Our ClientOur leading global mining and resource client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin.
What You Will Be DoingIn this role you will become a part of a busy mine as a Excavator Operator. You will be required to operate Hitachi EX5600 excavators, working 12.5-hour shifts on a straight 7/7 day and night roster. This role is available for residential or DIDO candidates.
What You Will Need
- Previous mining experience operating HIT 5600 or similar excavators providing an SSE signed transcript
- Candidates must also hold a Haul Truck skill
- You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical or be willing to attain this
- Current Drivers License & right to work in Australia
- The ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
