Responsibilities

- Receipt of incoming tissue, and where applicable, associated testing specimens.
- Quality control testing of tissue, collection, and dispatch of samples from all incoming tissue in compliance with documented protocols.
- Participate in the management and performance of equipment maintenance and calibration according to schedule. Completion and review of documentation for equipment maintenance.
- Printing of final product packaging labels as requested.
- Performing tasks related to quality systems including non-conformances, CAPA, change controls, audits and documentation. Driving completion of tasks to target dates.
- Participate in monitoring of clean room pod environment and storage equipment.



Respond to monitoring alarms to contain and protect product.
- Perform plate counts for in-process monitoring and produce certificate of analysis for results.
- Perform released product transfers. Quality inspection and clearance of returned grafts.
- Provide assistance where required for duties in the Femoral Head/Living Donor tissue donation programs.

Experience & Qualifications

- Degree qualification in science.
- Ability to work autonomously as part of a busy and dynamic team.
- Ability to acquire knowledge and understanding of the Code of Good Manufacturing Practice- Human Tissue, and TGO 88.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities.
