Join our Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (PRS) team as a Clinical and Marketing Support Specialist, supporting business growth in NSW while also assisting in the delivery of key marketing initiatives. You will be working closely with two Territory Managers and the PRS Marketing Manager, providing clinical, procedural, territory and marketing support across the PRS portfolio. This is a collaborative and collegiate team where you will be given every opportunity to succeed, which you will love being a part of.

In this role, you’ll:

- Support the Product Manager in coordinating marketing materials, sales tools and customer communications.
- Work with Prof Ed and Product manager to support surgeon education, customer events and productadoption activities.
- Deliver high quality operational and administrative support across sales and marketing functions.




- Partner with NSW Territory Managers to support customer engagement and territory execution.
- Lead clinical education and in servicing activities across NSW.
- Coordinate case logistics, inventory and operational support requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships that drive satisfaction, retention and business growth.

What you’ll bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in science, Biomedical Science, Health Science, Nursing, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- A robust interest in developing a career within the medical technology industry.
- A genuine interest in progressing into a future sales or marketing role.
- Previous experience within healthcare, marketing, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or a clinical environment is highly regarded.
- Previous operating theatre exposure is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
- Current Australian driver licence and capacity to travel within NSW and interstate as required hours
