We’re seeking an exceptionally organised and proactive Maintenance Stores Officer to support the day-to-day management of maintenance spares, inventory, purchasing and stores in a busy operational environment.

- Manage maintenance spares, stock levels and inventory records
- Purchase spares, materials, equipment and maintenance supplies
- Receive, store and dispatch materials accurately and efficiently
- Monitor stock usage, replenishment requirements and lead times
- Liaise with suppliers and resolve delivery, order and returns issues
- Maintain accurate spares and inventory information within the CMMS
- Assist with stocktakes, reporting and maintenance administration

Skills and Experience:

- Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and proactive
- 1–3 years’ experience in maintenance stores, inventory, warehousing, purchasing or materials coordination
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Able to manage competing priorities in a busy operational environment
- Confident liaising with suppliers and resolving issues
- Comfortable working with stock, inventory and purchasing systems
- Mining, manufacturing, engineering or maintenance experience advantageous
- CMMS/ERP experience and a forklift licence highly regarded, but not essential
