Cycle Counter & Inventory Operator – Truganina

Location: Truganina, VIC
Shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $34.96 per hour
Start: Immediate start available for the right candidate

We are seeking experienced Cycle Counters / Inventory Operators to join a brand-new warehouse in Truganina.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels are correct across the warehouse. This is a great opportunity to join a current operation from the beginning and become part of a strong warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Use RF scanners to locate and record stock
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 year’s warehouse/inventory experience




- Previous experience with cycle counting and inventory control
- Confident using RF scanners
- Tugger experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of warehouse safety
