THE ORGANISATION
This innovative and rapidly growing organisation operates within a fast-paced, operationally complex environment. With a strong focus on developing its people and building internal career pathways, the business is seeking an experienced Capability Manager to deliver several key workforce capability initiatives to their Operations division.

THE ROLE
Reporting into the People and Culture Director and partnering closely with operational leaders, you will lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of operational capability programs. A key priority will be owning the organisation’s succession Program, including developing competency frameworks, skills matrices, assessment criteria and structured progression pathways for frontline employees.



You will also design and implement a leadership program aimed at strengthening the capability of current and emerging frontline leaders.

THE CRITERIA
You will bring demonstrated experience across learning and development, operational capability, or OD ideally gained within a fast paced workplace.
You will have experience designing and implementing competency frameworks, capability programs, skills matrices and structured learning pathways. A strong understanding of succession planning, internal talent development and frontline leadership capability will be essential.
