About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join the leadership team at Harbour Town, West Beaach.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, motivating a team and helping drive the store towards its sales and performance goals. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to keep the team engaged, the store looking its best and the customer experience consistently strong.

It’s a great opportunity for an ambitious fashion retailer who is ready to step up, take on more responsibility and build their leadership experience within a fast-moving fashion environment.

What you will do

- Drive sales performance and deliver strong store results across key KPIs
- Lead, coach, and develop a passionate and engaged retail team
- Create an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and repeat business
- Manage daily store operations including rostering,



stock control, and compliance
- Deliver high visual merchandising standards that bring new product to life
- Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to maximise results
- Recruit, onboard, and develop future retail talent
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy store culture
