Your recent role:
Based full-time in Melbourne's outer south-east, you will take ownership of projects throughout the pre-construction process and become a key technical resource for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
Attending client meetings and providing guidance and support throughout the pre-construction journey.
Coordinating surveys, soil tests, engineering and approvals.
Managing tender variations, selections and documentation.
Preparing and coordinating contracts, insurance and permit applications.
Reviewing plans and specifications to identify design, cost and buildability risks.
Supporting sales and tender discussions with technical expertise.
Driving process improvements and contributing ideas to enhance the customer experience.

What you'll need to succeed:




Strong experience within custom residential construction.
Background in pre-construction, contracts administration, estimating or construction management.
Ability to read and interpret plans, engineering and specifications.
Confident communication and client-facing skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Strong technology skills, with experience using construction software highly regarded.
