An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a leading Australian financial services and investment banking firm.

- 12 month day rate contract
- Sydney based - Hybrid Working
- Potential to go permanent

With around 5 years’ Business Analysis experience, you’ll play a key role across a diverse portfolio of initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes in a fast-paced financial services environment. This is more than a traditional BA role. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of high-profile initiatives, while also taking on project management responsibilities and expanding your skill set. You could find yourself working across initiatives including:

- Regulatory and compliance-driven change
- Initiatives across Equities and Fixed Income
- New product development and implementation
- Acquisitions and integration
- Business and technology transformation projects

About You

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with approximately 5 years’ experience, ideally gained within financial services, investment banking, markets or a similarly complex environment.
You’ll bring:

- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills




- Experience working across complex projects and change initiatives
- The ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear outcomes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, delivery-focused approach
- An interest in taking on project management responsibilities and broadening your remit
