Senior Financial Adviser – Gold Coast

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client reviews and develop personalised advice aligned with client goals
- Manage and grow a pipeline by nurturing existing relationships and prospecting new clients
- Drive conversion of prospects into long-term, fee-paying clients through strategic engagement
- Support and mentor Financial Planning Assistants and/or associates to uphold quality standards
- Ensure all client documentation and compliance requirements are met precisely and promptly
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in advice quality and client service delivery
What we need from you
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser with a strong track record
- Proven ability to develop tailored financial strategies and build trust with clients
- Qualified adviser, listed on ASIC Financial Advisers Register, with relevant tertiary qualifications
- Well-versed in regulatory environments, compliance, and industry best practices
- Experience with financial planning software (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to mentor junior team members and support their development
