We're looking for an experienced Residential Business Development Manager to take ownership of new business growth across the residential property management division!

This role would suit an established BDM who already understands the residential property management market and knows how to generate, nurture and close opportunities.

You'll ideally bring:

- BDM, Property Management or Property Sales experience
- A demonstrated ability to prospect and win new business
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building ability
- Strong follow-up and pipeline management habits
- A self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Professionalism, resilience and persistence
- A personality that contributes positively to team culture
