About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer ready to step into Project Management to join a major multi-stage land development project in South Ripley.

The project encompasses multiple residential subdivision and commercial developments, with multiple active land development sites currently operating across the region .

You will play a key role in the delivery of civil works across the project, working closely with the project team, subcontractors, clients and key stakeholders.

The scope includes:

- Clearing and shaping
- Bulk earthworks
- Underground services
- Culverts
- Pavements
- Asphalt
- Subdivision and associated civil infrastructure

As Project Manager, you will have responsibility for project delivery, programming, construction methodology, commercial performance, contract administration, quality, safety and environmental outcomes.

For a Senior Project Engineer, this represents an opportunity to take the next step into a Project Manager position within a major project environment.





About You
We are looking for candidates with:

- Proven experience delivering civil subdivision or land development projects
- Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, underground services, pavements and associated civil works
- Project Engineering or Project Management experience within a civil contracting environment
- Strong commercial and contract administration capability
- The ability to manage multiple work fronts and competing priorities
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management qualification is desirable

Previous experience managing multiple projects and solid contract, planning and project delivery capability are key requirements for the position.

What's on Offer

Project Manager: $170,000 – $210,000 + super + fully serviced motor vehicle

Senior Project Engineer: $145,000 – $180,000 + super + fully serviced motor vehicle

The vehicle package includes fuel, tolls and servicing .
