To be successful you will have the following:

- A degree in Construction Management or a relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
- A minimum of some tier 1 or really good tier 2 structural experience
- Experience in EBA site environments
- Sound knowledge and practical experience with industrial relations (IR)
- Demonstrated success in high-rise construction projects
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale, multi-million-dollar developments
- Strong leadership skills in site and structural supervision within commercial construction
- Highly organised,



with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
- A strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude

Opportunity:
As a structural Foreman, you will play a key role in the delivery of a $100m 7 story carpark, featuring over 2000 parking bays.

You will lead and coordinate structural trades and subcontractors, working closely with the broader project team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

You must have proven Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 structural experience, along with the leadership skills, work ethic, and attitude required to succeed in a demanding, large-scale commercial workplace.
