Blender / Batch Maker

South-East Melbourne | Full-Time Permanent

We are currently seeking an experienced Blender / Batch Maker to join a growing manufacturing team in Melbourne's South-East.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous experience working with ingredients, batching, blending or manufacturing processes.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and batching materials in line with procedures

- Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately

- Operating blending and processing equipment

- Monitoring production processes

- Conducting quality checks

- Completing production and batch records

- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas

- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures

- Identifying and reporting any issues during production

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in food, beverage, manufacturing or similar environments





- Experience with batching, blending or production processes

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Valuable understanding of hygiene and quality requirements

- Good mechanical and technical aptitude

- Ability to follow procedures and documentation

- Reliable and hardworking attitude

- Ability to work well within a team

A relevant food manufacturing qualification and LF Forklift Licence will be highly regarded.
