The Role

We're looking for experienced Rope Access Supervisors to join our growing team and lead crews across shutdown and maintenance projects throughout Western Australia. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for coordinating rope access teams, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintaining the high standards our clients expect. You'll be the link between the workforce, site leadership and our clients, providing guidance, support and direction to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise rope access personnel across maintenance, shutdown and project work scopes.
- Coordinate daily activities to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently and to schedule.
- Conduct pre-start meetings, risk assessments and job planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with company, client and site safety requirements.
- Monitor work quality and productivity, providing guidance and support to crew members.
- Manage rope access systems, equipment inspections and rescue readiness.
- Identify and escalate safety, environmental or operational issues as required.
- Mentor and develop team members, helping to build capability within the workforce.
- Foster a positive team culture and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

About You





You're an accomplished Rope Access Supervisor who leads from the front and sets the standard for safety, quality and team performance. You enjoy mentoring crews, solving problems in the field and delivering successful outcomes in challenging mining and shutdown environments.

You're the type of person who earns respect through your actions, communicates well with people at all levels and knows how to keep a team focused on getting the job done safely and efficiently. Most importantly, you're looking for a company where your experience is valued and where there is room to continue developing your career.

- Eligible to work in Australia.
- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification.
- Construction White Card
- Working at Heights Certificate
- Enter and Work in Confined Spaces Certificate
- High Risk Work Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current IRATA Level 2-3 certification.
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Strong commitment to safety leadership and risk management.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Well-developed planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience supervising rope access personnel in mining, maintenance, shutdown or project environments.
