About the Role
Smith & Co Recruitment is partnering with a growing healthcare labour hire provider that supplies nurses, carers and support professionals to aged care facilities and hospitals across the market.

With established foundations, investment in new CRM technology and ambitious plans for growth, they are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Consultant to develop new business and expand their client portfolio.

This is a relationship-driven sales position for someone who enjoys getting out from behind the desk. You'll be meeting healthcare providers, understanding their workforce challenges and presenting staffing solutions that help them maintain reliable patient and resident care.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your own territory, build your pipeline and develop long-term accounts, backed by supportive leadership and modern sales systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new B2B relationships with aged care and hospital providers
- Prospect, identify and convert opportunities across your assigned territory
- Grow existing accounts through regular contact and relationship management
- Manage sales activity, opportunities and follow-ups through the new CRM
- Attend client meetings and work with leadership on growth opportunities

What You’ll Bring

- Demonstrated B2B sales,



business development or account management experience
- Confidence prospecting, meeting clients and converting new opportunities
- Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach
- Organisation and self-discipline to independently manage a sales territory
- Genuine motivation to achieve targets, grow earnings and deliver client value
- Experience within healthcare, recruitment, labour hire, staffing or B2B services will be highly regarded but isn't essential for someone with strong transferable sales experience.
