We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Service Advisor that loves working in a business where exceptional service, attention to detail and leaving no stone unturned is what you live for!

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Greet customers warmly and manage the end-to-end service experience
- Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring efficient daily workflow
- Liaise with internal teams and monitor job progress/update production schedules
- Prepare and complete documentation/schedules/updates and ensure our , systems up to date
- Deliver consistent follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships
- Liaise with external suppliers and book in work, follow up stock and customer enquiries




- Be part of a co-heasive team assisting other departments to ensure that exceptional service.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven background in customer service (automotive experience highly regarded)
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for exceeding expectations
- High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy
- Outstanding communication and time-management skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
- Team player with a proactive, positive attitude
- Current driver’s licence & Police Check required
- Prior Experience as a Service Advisor (advantageous but not essential)
